Whether your goals are to gain muscle, lose fat, feel more vibrant, or have less pain we will design a program that will have you showing off your shape. If you take the time to put in the workout, it will show!

I also hold a Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC)
and I am a TRX Qualified Coach.
I love all things fitness! I’ve completed 4 marathons and countless half marathons. I’ve run short and long distance and made some of my best friends on the route. I enjoy walking on the trails in my community with friends, riding my bike, my Elliptigo and I love resistance training and all that it does for me. I want to share that love with others by teaching smart strength training and injury prevention.
My other hobbies include any type of social gathering, reading, gardening, and I love learning new things.
I had the very physical job of Dental Hygienist for many years and I know the punishment that profession does to the body. I've dedicated myself to helping others in the industry learn to work and live pain free.

Our fully equipped studio is the perfect place to get your burn on. If you prefer the convenience of of a workout at your location we can accommodate that. Whether it's our place or yours, these will be the most productive hours of your week!
The convenience of virtual training is hard to beat. Give me a list of the equipment you have on hand and I'll design a program and walk you through a great workout. If you don't have a lot of equipment we can use household items to provide resistance.
